Projects Deadlines

Degree Project Timeline / Deadlines (Session 2014 - 2015)

The following deadlines shall be followed for the final year projects for students of Bachelors of Electrical Engineering, 7th semester who have entered into their final year from the semester FALL 2014.

  • Degree project proposal submission form deadline 2nd September 2014– 11:30 amto Electrical Engineering project coordinator.
  • Degree project proposal presentations (12th -13th September 2014).
  • Deferred Proposal presentation (19th – 20th September 2014).
  • Three bi-monthly reports (Sep-Oct 2014, Nov-Dec 2014, and Jan- Feb 2015) to be submitted in the last week of respective month to your supervisor.
  • Abstract of Degree Project and CV’s (Soft and hard copy) to be submitted by 5th Dec 2014 to project coordinator.
  • Initial Degree Project Defence 6th – 10th Jan 2015
  • Pena flexes chart and brochures submission on 14th Feb 2015 to Project Coordinator.
  • Complete Degree project thesis submission (including plagiarism report) deadline 1st April 2015- 11:30 am to your respective supervisor.
  • Viva from 2nd week of April 2015.
  • Bahria University Open House (BU-OH, 2015) on 29th – 30th April 2015.

Strict penalty will be implemented if deadlines are not met.
