Degree Project Timeline / Deadlines (Session 2013- 2014)

The following deadlines shall be followed for the final year projects for students of Bachelors of Electrical Engineering, 7th semester who have entered into their final year from the semester FALL 2013.

1.  Degree project proposal submission form deadline 2^nd September 2013– 11:30 am to Electrical Engineering project coordinator.
2. Degree project proposal presentations (12^th -13^th September 2013).
3.  Deferred Proposal presentation (19^th – 20^th September 2013).
4. Three bi-monthly reports (Sep-Oct 2013, Nov-Dec 2013, and Jan- Feb 2014) to be submitted in the last week of respective month to your supervisor.
5. Abstract of Degree Project and CV’s (Soft and hard copy) to be submitted by 5^th Dec 2013 to project coordinator.
6. Initial Degree Project Defence 6^th – 10^th Jan 2014
7. Pena flexes chart and brochures submission on 14^th Feb 2014 to Project Coordinator.
8. Complete Degree project thesis submission (including plagiarism report) deadline 1^st April 2014- 11:30 am to your respective supervisor.
9. Viva from 2^nd week of April 2014.
10.  Bahria University Open House (BU-OH, 2014) on 29^th – 30^th April 2014.

Strict penalty will be implemented if deadlines are not met.
